The biggest upsides of being a sales rep at Software AG were the flexibility offered to employees as well as their extensive tech stack for sales reps. Unfortunately, the culture was practically non-existent, attracting mainly career-sales reps aged 45+, as well as a severe lack of GTM strategy due to an overly complex product suite and equally complex educational resource repository.

My experience at software AG is poor as I came in through an acquisition. The management are self centred and don't care about the employees at all. The company is being parted out by PE. Terrible place to work. The people are
