Company keeps a lot of news and important information such a mergers and acquisitions, layoffs, new product launches etc undisclosed to their employees. Prepare to be left in the dark and strung along with no promise of career development.

The way leadership treats their employees is just unethical. Software AG purchased multiple companies and has begun selling them off. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
