The culture is lacking, the management is often absent and/or unwilling to help reps with adequate support. The overall experience is bad, with a high turnaround % If you live in the US you might get some decent base + variable, in Europe even salaries are low

Was a great company under Omnitracs until Solera (PE) took over. Layers of Sr Management that employed leadership by fear, intimidation, and scare tactics. Tone deaf with no ability to be heard or ideas taken seriously.
