I absolutely loved working at Solv. They are still struggling to figure out how to set and close deals. How to even pitch what it is that they do. The leadership is great, the product is great. There’s an incredibly small TAM. The biggest problem is the current sales team isn’t hungry, competitive, go get ‘‘em unicorn people needed at a younger company to help it grow and take off.

My overall experience was interesting to say the least. 2 Months after I started there was a reorganization that resulted in me being promoted. Most opportunities that were closing were expansion opps. Bringing on new customers was such a challenge other departments were forced to meet even higher goals to offset the lack of revenue coming in from the sales org....Read More

So much potential, but the leaders are getting in their own way. There is a lot of group think where like minds encourage like minds. If they focused more attention on consistently delivering new value to clients vs milking existing clients for every dime, they would go far.
