Current Employee This role differs from a traditional sales position because customers are already purchasing flights with Southwest. The focus is on shifting business from other airlines to Southwest. Given recent changes within the company and mixed reactions from business travelers, it can be a challenging environment. However, the team and culture are excellent, and the position offers a true 8–5 schedule with strong benefits, including standby flight privileges, a 9.3% 401K match, and fantastic healthcare.
