Overall this is an excellent company to work for with great benefits. They really value their sales force (sales engineers) and provide a lot of personal leeway in how you manage your day to day. The upper management team has seen a lot of churn the past few years which can be frustrating. Definitely a place I can see myself spending a majority of my career.

Comp plan is very complicated and confusing. Capped max commission. Very little support, inside sales and customer service are leaving left and right. Management is not hiring to replace. Forcing more and more Salesforce busy work on the sales team.

First sales org I've worked at that the commissions aren't based on amount sold, only percentage to quota. If you hit 100% of your quota, you get 40% of your base as your bonus. And there is a hard cap on commissions.
