The comp plan only pays 50% of the rate until you hit 50% of quota. The biggest problem is the quota is so high you never hit the full commission rate. Totally unattainable. Many people have left because of this. They also only pay on invoicing. Not a problem with selling products but if you sell services like PS or support, you only get paid when the work is...Read More

It was great working at Spirent. I met a lot of good people . Pay and benefits were great. Since the change in CEO around 2020, the culture changed and was more about profits. I left because I didn't feel like I fit there anymore.
