avoid at all costs unless you speak russian. CEO lacks direction and competence. don’t close too many deals or you’ll be replaced by a drone who earns 1/4 what you do.

No OTE structure in place - instead a compensation system which lets you earn 20% of the double OTE, at best. For making money not recommended at all. Low salaries.
