Sales organization needs restructuring. Proven sales leadership in healthtech, who will realign the organization. There are too many segments, lead distribution is not fair, commission plan is ridiculously bad in comparison with other tech organizations.

My overall experience was incredible, however I wish they had more remote jobs to accommodate African countries as well. Work environment was welcoming, allowed to be flexible and the work benefits are awesome.

The GTM function has been experiencing significant amounts of change this year and it hasn’t been beneficial for salespeople. Major changes to the comp plan have lowered ability to hit OTE in a major way.
