Amazing mission and product, inspired people, but ineffective and actively toxic company leadership. Goals change wildly based on whoever happens to be in the VP-level leadership at the time (which changes more often than it should). HR problems far beyond what the Inc. article ever highlighted (which was all pretty normal startup behavior), which is ironic considering how actively litigious the company is.

Sales organization needs restructuring. Proven sales leadership in healthtech, who will realign the organization. There are too many segments, lead distribution is not fair, commission plan is ridiculously bad in comparison with other tech organizations.

Leadership changes from C suite to management make the BDR role feel unstable. There is lack of integrity and consistency in generating goals. BDR experience and opportunity for commission varies widely based on your territory. Team was not open to feedback, very much in survival mode with high turnover.
