Current Employee3.0Mar 6, 2025Leadership consistently increases quota's (Q4 to Q1) despite seasonality and lack of inbound leads. If you have a good quarter, leadership will drastically increase your quota for the following quarter so they don't have to pay you as much.

Current Employee4.3Aug 15, 2025My overall experience was fine. There are some great people at StackAdapt and there can be solid opportunity, however, your experience will depend heavily on the manager you end up with. Additionally the quarterly quota setting process can lack transparency at times.
