Current Employee Culture at Staffbase changed drastically. It used to be a supportive and helping sales org, now it's a dog eat dog culture where the new sales leadership has their favorites they brought with them. The quota was increased heavily and quota attainment is very low. That combined with a 50/50 split makes for a very unpleasant experience as an AE.
