Things change here often, recently there was some backlash as the CEO revamped the entire base compensation. People lost half their checks overnight and now truly have to rely on the commission working for a company that isnt really a market leader. The CEO makes drastic changes annually. Leadership is lacking and there is little empathy, it's more of a grind and fall in line job.
