This company has lost its way, starting with the competitive advantages it used to have. Management is flailing at the moment and reps are demoralized and looking over their shoulder. Inexplicably, even sales management wastes time pushing DEI and other cultural Marxist tripe instead of addressing the real challenges the company faces.
