Good company, culture and people. Limited inbound leads, hard to hit quotas and fairly independent sales structure. Not much support in creating new leads, and limited inbound.

StreetLight excels in a lot of areas including the product, support from marketing, and sales enablement. That being said, there is not much sales specific training and development that occurs.

streetlight is a good company. friendly coworkers, strong product market fit, expanding into new tools. the base pay isn't great and tough to hit quota until you've been there a few years, and even then it's hard. but it's a good environment.
