Most of the sales leadership has no experience outside of Subsplash, which is why there is no valuable training or strategies put into place. Many women have gone to HR, with HR protecting the men in the organization. You will see women who have been with the company and have been successful for years not be promoted compared to men who just started. Leaders will use God as a manipulation tactic to make you second-guess their decisions and your feelings.

The company culture, people, leadership and work life balance is great. But the comp tends to be on the low end for the industry they are in and serving.

Subsplash has been mostly good, the culture is great, the pay is not so great compared to other SAAS companies. The remote culture is pretty good. There is some corporate stuff that gets annoying, but that's going to be anywhere. It's interesting selling to churches where you incorporate a spiritual element into your conversations.
