Great leadership, and support for incoming reps to have the resources to find success. Product is lacking and not the most competitive with today's biggest players in the POS space. If you can perform at a high level like any sales job this can be a great gig to have a lot of autonomy and control in work life balance. Sellers have to be really good at learning product and finding best fits to do so.

One of the most toxic work environments around. Endless zoom meetings that take up too much time, KPI obsessed, constant monitoring for lackluster pay. Also the product is pretty weak and too expensive. Only positive is the other AEs are great people.
