Former Employee Overall I enjoyed my time there.
Pros:
-There was a real need for the product
-Inbound leads were very good
-Sales cycle is short and you are compensated quickly after a deal crossed the line
Cons:
-No real engagement from management after training is over. Hit your numbers or you don’t.
-Pricing of product was not competitive at all
-No transparency about terminated contracts, you pay back your commission you received after and client terminates before a certain period of time. How it is collected is the following month after the client terminates you start out in the negative whatever the dollar amount the deal was worth.
-Zero tolerance after your first month in the field. You don’t sell a deal, you are gone. Browse Other Reviews
