Current Employee2.7Oct 7, 2025I’m glad I did this job. I felt poorly about myself after leaving a role where 7% of my territory hit quota in 2023 and glad to be gone from that. My OTE and base is smaller here but success is extremely possible. Yes maybe 35% of reps hit quota on a monthly basis but there are few enough reps and enough territory that with the right effort all reps can hit quota...Read More
