I’m glad I did this job. I felt poorly about myself after leaving a role where 7% of my territory hit quota in 2023 and glad to be gone from that. My OTE and base is smaller here but success is extremely possible. Yes maybe 35% of reps hit quota on a monthly basis but there are few enough reps and enough territory that with the right effort all reps can hit quota...Read More

Good company to work for. As an AE you have control of your territory. It is a field sales role, and you have to drive + walk in everywhere, so there is a door-to-door element to this role.
