You are given a high level of independence, but also lack necessary tools to succeed. Extremely high price compared to comparable products on the market. Mid-management was great, business director's did not understand the industry and contradicted themselves often. Company culture is rapidly declining.

The end goal at Sunlight is not the employees, rather for the top executives to get a good pay day. I have seen the ins and outs of this org for multiple years, and they have made poor decisions that have cost them dearly. As a rep, you find yourself defending against their public outlook as opposed to selling the product. Good Riddance.

My overall experience has been great. This is not a job that requires a ton of outbound work and the pay matches that requirement. Account management with a lot of operations support thrown in.
