Loved it, got paid amazing, love the culture. Great incentives, free tips for performance, management is laid back. Walked in as a kid, walked out making well over $200k a year. It’s commission only so it’s what you make it, as my first commission only role, couldn’t have asked for a better home point.

Good training and compensation but quality is falling as they expand product offerings.

They are struggling to deal with record high interest rates. Not many want to spend 20K and or have another bill. Companies don't know how to handle the ebb and flow of interest in this market and they are really hurting themselves and their employees because of it.
