Former Employee As someone who was looking for a flexible job that I could earn a lot of money, I felt that I was hoodwinked by my management team. I will say that, although the managers were not truthful, and did not have integrity that I did receive very good training daily, that most MLM‘s tend to have that made me a better rep for my professional career that I find most other sales organizations don’t have I love doorknocking unlike most people but I was, not able to continue when customers would claw back and that was deducted from my paycheck as my paycheck became zero and I could not afford the rent I forcibly had to pay to the company as I was not allowed to live in my own housing
