Good product with lots of potential. However, leadership is resistant to change, current processes are outdated, teams are siloed, lack of collaboration, and at times a toxic work environment.

There are some challenges in each region. The GEO regional leaders are thought of as disconnected by some of the reps but I thought they did their best. Marketing produced a lot of great content and marketing outreach but the inbound numbers are still lower that competitors.
