There are some challenges in each region. The GEO regional leaders are thought of as disconnected by some of the reps but I thought they did their best. Marketing produced a lot of great content and marketing outreach but the inbound numbers are still lower that competitors. All in all a good culture and team with a lot of enablement and attempts to support the sales teams globally.

Good product with lots of potential. However, leadership is resistant to change, current processes are outdated, teams are siloed, lack of collaboration, and at times a toxic work environment.
