Company has great training, top 50 in the world! Comp plan is ridiculous! No other food company is paying like Sysco. They went growth and they’ll pay handsomely to get it. No fighting or arguing over numbers. The goals are attainable and short term sustainable. I question 5+ year growth sustainability but I doubt the pay plan will last that long. Leadership is solid at the local level. The CEO is TBD… seems a little clueless but don’t all CEO’s?

Leveling system for sales consultants is overly complex and difficult to attain. It is designed to retain sales reps for longer periods of time but many new reps burn out before they see the benefits of a level up. Sysco was a great company to work for, I learned a lot about working with a large team, logistics, warehouse, routing,QA. Great memories made some nice commissions for me and my family. Commissions went away after C19, no matter how large an account you opened you were capped with a bonus for only 3 months. After that no more incentive, even if the account grew...Read More
