Former Employee Do not, I repeat, do not give this place a chance like I did.
Constructive input is often met with vague guidance or inaction. Any feedback you give is pulled apart and you are reprimanded. Performance expectations lack transparency - they change their metrics every day on what you should be doing. The team just got an email that they had to generate $130k in pipeline in 2 days ~or else~. Your job is threatened on a daily basis and you are micromanaged by executives who have never actually sold the software. Blame is targeted left and right, rather than support, and the environment doesn't foster the kind of clarity, trust, or accountability that high-performing teams need.
Competition is heavy, you will always be up against competitors that have the ability to sell lower than you and actually have references happy to jump in. I lost a $8m because we couldn't find a reference, and when we did, they gave a bad recommendation and we never heard from the customer again.
If you'd like to completely diminish your mental health, work here. If you'd like to bond with teammates through trauma, work here. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
