The company is going through a significant reorganization, which is impacting many facets of the bank, ranging from compensation, leadership, culture and overall experience. Prior to the reorganization, this was a great place to work. Since then we’ve restructured compensation in a way that has hurt total comp, shifting cash incentives to RSUs vesting in 3 years. Lack of transparency in changes being made. And just an overall cultural shift. Overall, the bank is still offers many great benefits, from 7.5 weeks PTO and 401k match. But it’s not where it used to be.
