Changes in analytics market means vendors are selling BI as part of a packaged solution. Salesforce is in this transition period, which is taking some time. It will, however, skyrocket once sales teams position correctly.

External hires get at least 15-20% more in pay than internal promotions, but there is plenty of opportunity for internal promotion.

A lot of competion from Microsoft, GTM is not adapted to that. Good pay. Lot's of turnover (people)

Our comp plans are very generous compared to other Salesforce products, but I'm still not sure that's worth putting up with how poorly the org is run at an exec level.
