Current Employee Your experience at tableau can shift drastically based on who your leader is / AVP. The goals are unrealistic and difficult to achieve, intentionally. There’s also a lack of SE resourcing so you’re stuck fighting these battles and figuring it out on your own. I’d say this isn’t the best org to work in and find other groups in SF instead, could be better.
