Not a sales company. 75% of pay was based on quota the other 25% was based on subjective “soft” bonus that your manager decides. Business applications are a hard sell as salesforce and other ERPs are stronger fit. Very tech focused culture/ not a sales culture.

Starting within a few weeks in Biz Apps. What can I expect during my first month? Is there an in-person training, is tech training self paces, etc.? I will be remote but I am in the greater NYC area, is there a sales presence in the NYC office and can I go in from time to time? (assuming yes)
