Leadership is pushing the SaaS version of the product and it isn't ready. The on-prem product is outstanding but the sales org is being forced to sell SaaS version and is not being compensated for the on-prem version and it is killing the business

The CEO doesn't honor the agreements made with the employees. Compensation plans and commitments were broken regularly. CEO has no regard for his employees.
