SYNNEX acquired Comstor and Tech Data. The SYNNEX can be a tough culture of grinder sales requirements. Drivers can be successful and get paid. TD seems to have overtaken SYNNEX adaptable, work hard get rewarded culture with something else. More management, servant leadership (ick), and entitlement?
