decent overall experience. biggest issue is with leadership and team culture. compensation is competitive, hard to move up into promoted roles or anything close to management positions. leadership is so detached and does not care about your wellbeing, company over everything.

Great team and company culture, but product is a nice to have at best. Other departments do not respect sales inputs, so we get stuck having to do everything on our own. Remove marketing from your vocabulary here, everything is 100% sales driven from hard-core cold outbound.
