It's essentially a retail role ( same work) with no incentive. After talking to many older and former reps the role is getting worse. They took away truck, some incentives they use to have. They promise promotion like a dangling carrot to lure you in even though less than 20% of the company moves up. As a result, very high turnover role that I'd recommend you run after 1 year.

It is an entry level role into sales and marketing. You really need to be able to go above and beyond to even think about being promoted, but the incentive to try your best has been decreasing as the company has been struggling to fulfill their promises to tenured reps.
