Negative: Company seems unstructured because it’s always shifting responsibilities for all roles, and is laying off a lot while hiring. Doesn’t make too much sense to me. Okay compensation for a high-performing culture. Positives: Workers are great, very positive attitudes. Direct management is very good too. Many amenities in the office

My overall experience was okay. It was one of my first jobs in the industry and I was extremely excited to get started. Upon starting the position I found my book of business was already picked through rather thoroughly and it made prospecting difficult.
