Current Employee Wouldn’t recommend. Worst commission pay outs I’ve ever seen in my career. Expect to make sdr money here. Reviews are accurate. Leadership puts sales on the back burner and thinks people will stick around with the worst pipeline generation I’ve ever seen - no alignment from other departments. Under their leadership, we're conducting a comprehensive review of our commission structure to ensure it rewards the critical work our Sales Team performs.
We recognize the challenges with pipeline generation and cross-departmental alignment mentioned in your review. Our newly appointed VP of Marketing will work closely with Sales leadership to address these issues head-on, developing strategies that will provide a consistent flow of quality leads.
