The compensation plan for 2025 is AWFUL and will undoubtedly either make sales people struggle to pay their bills or make them quit. It is designed to not pay you for what you've earned until a solid year AFTER you have made the sale- unheard of in sales. Also, if you leave before your full payout, then you forfeit your commissions.
This group of sales leaders are extremely seasoned and across the board, veterans within the industry. It's sad the see how a new CFO comes in and destroys his sales team with a few strokes of a pen. Browse Other Reviews
