Former Employee Following the departure of key managers in 2020/2021, the company could not rest. The roles of CRO have now been filled three times and the region leads in both Sales and PreSales have also been restaffed. The remaining "managers" are busy executing their own cover-your-ass strategy instead of building a solid sales organisation. This is a great pity as the product is well positioned in the market and the PreSales team was particularly strong. However, there have also been many incomprehensible manager changes and +-60% of the experienced PreSales team have now jumped ship.
