The overall company is good to work for…have seen better benefits at similar sized companies. Base Compensation is great for the role comparatively. Leadership is great, you have to try to fail. Not as clear of a path for growth and development as other companies, and no annual raises/cost-of-living raises/bonuses. Would recommend as a second SDR role or starting role in Sales.
