Former Employee Working as a Sales Advisor at Tesla was not the experience I hoped it would be. While the brand name looks great on a résumé and the products are exciting, the actual job environment was extremely challenging in a negative way. Management often felt disorganized, and there was very little clear communication or support. Expectations were constantly changing, and goals were set unrealistically high without providing the tools or resources to meet them.
