Current Employee Career mobility is close to zero, sales leadership is poor, hourly based compensation without commission or performance based bonuses. The promotional process is closer to a fools errand (always another training, another course, and another meeting to go to) They say its a meritocracy, but as someone with top metrics, it is confirmed that there is close to zero meritocracy here. Hopefully they bring back compensation at some point, so we can earn what we are worth.
Otherwise, the cars are cool, and the benefits are amazing.
