Former Employee No commission at all. It is an hourly role with a bonus structure that is based on tenure, not performance. You cap be the top selling advisor for 4 consecutive quarters and others can be hired on with a higher hourly pay than you.
You get a 30k bonus that can be taken in RSUs, options, or cash that vests over a 4 year period with the first vesting being after 1 year(25%) and the next vestings coming quarterly. stock bonus vested over 4 years( 6.25%). Every promotion(2) comes with a 10k increase to that bonus. You are eligible for bonuses up to $3,750 every six months.
