Textio is passion-project, not a business. The CEO only cares about creating a product that validates their PHD and ignores all business best-practices. Consistent feedback from both customers and employees about the gaps in Textio's offerings are ignored. Only join if you are in a product role.

The culture and team are wonderful. Unfortunately we are selling a product that doesn't not carry a lot of value in today's market. The company has recognized that verbally, but will not make changes to quotas so no one is close to hitting goal.
