Former Employee I worked at Thales in a sales and business development capacity. The company offers a professional environment with exposure to high-value enterprise and government contracts, which allowed me to develop strong client relationship and strategic sales skills. The leadership team is knowledgeable, and there are opportunities to collaborate across international teams.
That said, the work can be fast-paced and challenging, and sometimes internal processes and communication could be improved to streamline operations. Overall, it was a solid experience for building expertise in enterprise sales and understanding complex, technical solutions.
