Current Employee Avoid at all costs. Ask proper questions at interview to understand what you could be walking into I.e. what % of team are achieving today. What does the territory look like? Very heavy AM structure - most accounts have been pounded and squeezed for additional revenue year after year with new business teams disappearing overnight. No need for new business sales when growing through acquisition as Access do.
