My overall experience was poor, and witnessed a small percentage of reps actually meet quota. Each rep being assigned to a unique account makes for a disconnected environment.

High turnover rate in this company, job security can be very concerning. Alot of favoritism, and success is based off the account they give you. Quotas can be unreasonable depending on your account. Management can be very unaware of what certain reps have to deal with. Not very understanding. Only pro is the remote work, and being able to do it anywhere in the world
