The onboarding and training is great but support after the first 2 weeks is dependent on the manager you end up with. Great role for BDRs that are just starting out!

My overall experience was poor, and witnessed a small percentage of reps actually meet quota. Each rep being assigned to a unique account makes for a disconnected environment.

No opportunity for growth past becoming a BDR specialist. Luck of the draw for getting clients who's products/services will determine how easier it is to hit quota

Stay away from this company. Leadership is toxic! It is a rotating door within the sales department. People get hired and either quit or are fired within 3 months. They also do not care about their customers and are willing to lie and manipulate numbers in order to get a closed won deal.
