Overall a good place to begin or end your career, but not ideal for those attempting to progress their careers. Many opportunities for those with a strong science background.

I was in sales over 7 years. It was great before COVID. Once the pandemic hit, the leadership goals changed and the ability to hit quota changed drastically. This continues through 2023, while I watch great reps leave as they are not being appreciated for the value they bring.
