Overall, my experience with this company was very poor. The organization is poorly run, and sales performance reflects that, few people are able to hit quota, and high-quality leads are selectively routed to certain individuals. The sales team experiences heavy attrition, morale is generally low, and the product itself lacks strength in a highly saturated LMS market.

The sales manager has less experience than all the sales reps. He’s 2 faced takes credit for other peoples work and sucks up to the CFO who overlooks the sales org. Yes the CFO is in charge of the sales org. All of management is scared to lose their jobs so they play puppet and lost their spinal chords.
